Apparently two food truck events are scheduled for the same time on September 10th. SMFC moved their usual first Friday food truck event to the second Friday, which happens to be when SHHS has planned their food truck night at Creekside. So on September 10th, there will be many food truck options for you in the township.

South Media Fire Company’s Food Truck Friday is from 5 – 8 pm and has the Menagerie Food Truck, Farmstead, Auntie Anne’s and MD Ice Cream Truck. The event helps support the all-volunteer fire company and has been a regular feature in South Media for at least the last year.

The SHHS class of 2022 is hosting their fundraiser at Creekside Swim Club from 6-10 pm to raise funds for the Senior After Prom. They’ll have Zac’s Burger’s, Delco Steaks, Season’s Pizza, Auntie Anne’s (so you can compare with the Auntie Anne’s truck in South Media), and Brewster’s Ice Cream. They’ll also have some entertainment planned with raffles, cornhole, music and a dunk tank according to the website.
