PennDOT is reporting utility work is being done to pipes near Waterville and Brookhaven over the next two weeks. Waterville will have road closures between 9 am and 3 pm on July 19-21st. Also listed by PennDOT is work on Brookhaven Rd. with lane closures between July 18 and August 8th also from 9 am to 3 pm. So you might want to try to avoid the whole area for a while.
