The new Hepford Park playground is seeing regular use – you can already see the grooves carved into the ground already. Meanwhile installation of a playground is underway at Gouley Park, township employees were at work on it yesterday. There are still more playgrounds to come though. The Martha Burton Park playground is still in planning.

In Swarthmore, CADES is raising funds for an inclusive playground. The old playground at CADES apparently had numerous maintenance issues, so this one will replace it. The website even has a video of the proposed structure. CADES plans to raise more than Nether Providence is spending on all three of the new playgrounds here, so it should be a great replacement for the previous playground.
