The election season has now passed (thankfully uneventfully here in Nether Providence) and there remain campaign signs to dispose of. This year, our local governments have a plan rather than leaving it to the parties to figure out. I’ve heard of two ways to recycle them.

The first is that the township is collecting them at the public works garage on Brookhaven Rd. There’s a marked bin by the garage doors where you can drop them off between today and December 1st. That’s the easiest option.

The county is also hosting sign collection events including two next week at the DelCo Emergency Services Training Center in Sharon Hill. The flier sent to me by a resident is posted below.
